  20. It used to be available on Microsoft's ftp site, but has been removed
  21. for inclusion in level 2 MSDN.   Which means it's easy to get, just
  22. give Microsoft $500.

  24. I'd be more inclined to do it myself, except every SDK I've checked
  25. out has been full of crap code.  I'm beginning to think that 'beta' to
  26. Microsoft means 'beta get this out the door so we can find out what's
  27. wrong with it'.
